Being fed up myself with trying to find
proxies
online that actually work and have been
tested
, I wrote my own script to check them.
The list here is checked
every day
automagically. A known file is grabbed via each proxy and the contents compared to ensure
the proxy isn't messing with it in some way, also to make it to this list each proxy must return the file within 3 seconds.
The list of sites I use to get the list of
proxies
from to test is given at the bottom of my
verified proxy list
.
I'm not aiming to have a massive list of
proxies
here, but a reasonable size of
working
ones!
